How much does membership cost?
Our membership costs are monthly, and depend on which category your chosen bag lives in. We have three categories – Deluxe, Premium and Elit and prices begin at 400 AED. Head to our How It Works page for a full view of the costs.
Who can be a member?
Our services are open to anyone over the age of 18 who resides in the UAE with a valid Emirates ID.
I want to renew my bag. What should I do?
Our members can renew their handbags for up to one additional month. This means spending a maximum of two consecutive months with an item at any time. After all, once you’ve enjoyed the bag, it’s time to pass it on and give everyone else a fighting chance.
Can I switch to a bag in a higher category?
Of course! Our default membership rental period is one month. If, in the following month, you wish to borrow a bag from a different category, you are more than welcome to do so! The cost of your membership will automatically adjust to reflect the new category’s associated fee. Simple!
Can I rent a bag for less than a month?
We recognise that for some, even just one month with a handbag is too long. Our Guest Rental service allows you to rent a bag for just a weekend (Thursday through to Saturday), or for a period of seven days. Interested? Get browsing or head on over to our How It Works page to learn more.
I’m ready to part ways with my designer handbag! Can I list it with you?
Absolutely! As long as your bag is still in excellent condition, you can sell it to us in exchange for a tidy sum or simply rent it out through us and retain ownership of it. Either way, you’ll be capitalising on your investment. Very smart!

Oops, I’ve damaged my handbag! Should I take it to a repair shop?
No! We’re sure that you’ll treat your bag with the utmost love and care that it deserves, but on the off chance that it ends up damaged, leave it for us, at The Luxury Boutique, to resolve. Simply email customercare@luxuryboutique.ae within 24 hours of the incident and we’ll arrange for the item’s collection within 24 hours of your notification.

Does my membership automatically renew?
Yes, easy peasy! Your membership will auto-renew on a monthly basis. There’s no action for you to take; rather, the direct debit does all of the work. Phew!
How do I cancel my membership?
Whilst we’ll be sad to see you go, cancelling your membership is a seamless and cost-free process. You can self-manage the cancellation directly through your online account. Just be sure to do so at least one working day before the subsequent month for the cancellation to take immediate effect.
How do I return my items?
When you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email detailing the bags arrival and pick up dates, both of which are taken care of by our trusted courier. Simply ensure that you’re home when the courier arrives and that the bag is repackaged and ready to go in the same condition that it arrived to you in.
