Our delivery and collection service is hassle free. Not only will our trusted delivery courier drivers drop your bag directly to you on the agreed date, when the time to return the item arrives, they’ll swing by and pick it up too! All that you have to do is answer the door with your Emirates ID in hand.
(Refund is only applicable for bags that have not been received yet)
To return the product for a refund, you will need to pay for the courier cost. Please contact The Luxury Boutique Team and they can advise you the courier cost based on the location the bag was to be delivered to. This will be deducted for the refund value. “Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
